Horsing Around Day Camp runs on the last Sunday of the month, with horse riding experience, arts and crafts, and fun creek hikes at our property in Camino, CA.
Instructions to apply:
Please email simoneoelias@gmail.com or complete the application form below and tell us which dates you would like to attend, how many children you have, and any other information that you would like us to know. You will then be placed in the camp, or on a waitlist. We have limited spots, but we love kids and will make space for as many people as possible.
When you arrive at camp…there will be designated parking spots. You will get more in-detail instructions about this if you come to camp, but you will walk down our road to a table which we have set up. Then you will sign in your child, sign a waiver, and donate whatever you feel is appropriate (we have a donation box.)

Monica Harger
Monica has been in love with horses since she was 7 years old, growing up in Kentucky. She has been trail riding since a very young age. She directed trail rides with kids and adults in Strawberry, California on a dude ranch. She’s done English style, dressage, sleigh rides, wagon trains and more. Now, you can find her on the days she has off her interior design work—horsing around and teaching kids how to ride.
Ashley Gallant
Ashley has been around horses and cattle since she was young on and off throughout the years. She worked for a few years as a loper for cutting horse trainers. She’s a mom of two girls who also love to ride and have taken some rodeo lessons. Mainly she is an artist who has her fingers in many different art mediums including window paintings, face paintings, acrylic, and bone art.
